El Ministro de Ambiente funda la solicitud de aclaración en la necesidad de precisar algunos de los términos utilizados en los apartes transcritos en el comunicado de prensa No. 4 de 2016, que han generado diversas interpretaciones que podrían limitar un adecuado entendimiento de lo dispuesto por la Corporación en la sentencia de la referencia.
La Sala concluye que la aclaración pedida resulta improcedente, porque una solicitud de dicha naturaleza debe estar fundada en la sentencia y no en el comunicado.
